Learning
“Learning is the beginning of Wealth. Learning is the beginning of Health. Learning is the beginning of Spirituality. Searching and Learning is where the miracle process all begins…” — Jim Rohn
In the past I have spoken of the Fixed Mindset and the Growth Mindset. The key was to continue your personal education process in order to enhance and sharpen your natural gifts talents into refined skills. Doing so, as Jim Rohn said, is where the miracle process begins. It is where they seed that is sown continues to germinate and grow. It is where the miracle seed will develop into that which you desire.
So many people want to be wealthy, but they have never studied wealth. What is wealth? What does it take to be wealthy? What is wealth to me? What will make me feel wealthy? What types of wealth is there? How can I achieve this wealth? What do I need to study? Are my thoughts about wealth important? How do I need to be thinking when it comes to wealth? Wealth isn’t always money. It isn’t always things. Wealth is many things to many people but you must decide what it is you want. What is wealth to YOU? As you begin to study wealth, you will determine what type of wealth you desire. You must determine what you want of and from wealth. You must determine, that is the key. This will only come by learning about wealth.
So many people desire to be healthy, but in all honesty know little to nothing of health. You must study and learn of health in order to get on a path toward health. What do I need to do to be healthy? Should I alter my eating habits? If so, what must I start eating? Do I need to cut some things out of my diet? If so, what items do I need to cut back on or cut out altogether? With regard to exercise, do I need to exercise and if so how much should I exercise? Is my thinking about my health important? If so, what am I thinking regarding my health? Are my thoughts healthy thoughts or are they undermining my health? If so, how can I change them?
When it comes to spirituality, few truly know much about this aspect of themselves. They do not realize how the spiritual aspect is the set of their sail and is to be used to determine the outcome of their life. The key, once again, is to learn. Learn how, through the set of their spiritual sail, to find themselves performing habits that will get them to where they want to be rather than eating from the crumbs of those that are successful around them. By drifting along in life, most wind up far below their desires and dreams. By drifting they wind up, as is stated in James 1:6-10 – “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God who gives to all men liberally and upbraids not; and it shall be given him. But, let him ask in faith, not wavering. For he that wavers is like the sea driven with the wind and tossed, being blown about by every wind…” When you are blown about, you wind up NOT getting to where it was you intended but wind up being off course and off your goals. You are not acting in faith or focused on what it is you want and believing you are headed there and going to get there. That is faith. Focused on anything else is not knowing enough, not having enough knowledge, not learning enough about your spirituality, to remain focused on what it is you need to be doing to make things turn out the way YOU wanted them to turn out. That is faith.
When you begin to search, to learn, and then to focus, you are applying the miracle process of bringing about in your life that which you desire to happen. By searching and learning, you find out what seeds to plant in your in your heart. Once planted, this seed or seeds, will begin to grow, but it will take your continued searching, learning and focusing to water and cultivate those seeds to the point of having them germinate and grow. The important thing to remember is, the seed could die during this process if it doesn’t receive enough attention. It is not different than anything else. Attention to a seed in your heart is like water to a plant in your yard. No water no growth. No focus, no attention, no growth. When there is no growth the plant will eventually die. This is the same for all seeds.
Begin the process of learning and searching and never stop. Henry Ford said, “Anyone who stops learning is OLD whether at twenty or eighty.” Make it an everyday part of your life.
Best of LUCK as you
