Vision

“A vision bypasses circumstances and will take you toward your objectives…”
— Nido R Qubein

I have no idea what is going on in your life. What you may be facing with regard to your job, your family, your health, or your overall situation, may be overwhelming, leaving you with nothing but a heart full of fear and uncertainty with regard to your future. Sometimes when life is “happening”, it can give us a good beating and have us on the sidelines instead of being in the race. The problem is, when we are on the sidelines we are not producing and when we are not producing we are only surviving on that which others are willing to give us or leave for us to scrounge. In other words, those on the sidelines only get the left overs when those in the race are through eating everything that was good.

The way to fix this is to work on your vision, for as it says above, your vision will bypass what is going on around you. Your vision will take you toward your objectives. Your vision will keep you looking at the reward and not at the obstacle. Because of how the brain and subconscious mind work, this focus will cause you to see opportunities where those without a vision will only see obstacles.

Perhaps you’ve never had a vision. If that is the case then begin to spend some time alone and develop one. Ask yourself what you want out of life and then develop a vision to make that happen. A vision is a clear image of how you see your future. A goal is a specific target that will move you towards your vision.

Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “Make life pay you what you want out of it.”

This means it is up to you to do something with the life you have been given. Go get it done.

Best of LUCK as you
